FLEXIBLE RATE
The flexible rate offers greater peace of mind and flexibility when booking. There is no need to pay in advance, as the cost of your stay will be paid directly at the hotel. In addition, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to the deadline indicated in the rate conditions.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE WITH UNLIMITED MODIFICATION OPTION
The non-refundable rate offers a more advantageous price in exchange for more restrictive conditions. The reservation amount is charged in advance and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or no-show. However, it is possible to modify your reservation within the established deadlines.
Which one is best for me?
Choose the flexible rate if you prefer to pay at the hotel and enjoy greater flexibility to modify or cancel your reservation.
Choose the non-refundable rate if you are certain that you will travel and want to benefit from the best available price.
FLEXIBLE RATE
All reservations made on this website, htophotels.com, under the flexible rate can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date.
For reservations cancelled 2 days or less before the arrival date, the first night of the stay will be charged. (The day is understood to begin at 00:01 a.m.)
Reservations that are neither cancelled nor used (no-show) will incur a penalty of 100% of the reservation cost.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE WITH UNLIMITED MODIFICATION OPTION
This rate does not allow cancellations; only unlimited modifications to your reservation. Changes can be made up to 7 days before your arrival date in the My Booking section or by contacting us at +34 93 766 44 22 / online@htophotels.com
After this date, you will lose the option to modify your reservation and no refund of the total amount paid will be issued. If the modified booking has a lower value than the amount already paid, the difference will not be refunded. Conversely, if the new booking has a higher value, the difference must be paid at the time of the change.

When making your reservation, we will ask for a credit or debit card number (VISA, VISA ELECTRON or MASTER CARD) to guarantee the booking. Payment will be made directly at the hotel, unless a non-refundable, prepaid rate is selected or you contact us to arrange advance payment.
Once at the hotel, payment can be made in cash (up to €1,000) or by credit or debit card (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTER CARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS).
NOTE: The establishment reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card prior to arrival. Upon arrival at the hotel, a valid credit card may also be required as a guarantee or, failing that, a cash deposit.
Unless stated on your reservation, you have to pay upon arrival during the check in, or you can advance the payment as described in the previous point, benefiting from the advantages of doing so.

Check-in Guarantee Policy
To preserve the good condition of our facilities and ensure the efficient management of any incidents that may occur during the stay, our establishments apply the following guarantee policy at the time of check-in.
Mandatory Stay Guarantee
At check-in, the reservation holder must provide a guarantee through one of the following options:
Option 1 – Secure registration (tokenization) of a bank card
The guest may securely register a credit or debit card through the hotel's tokenization system. This registration does not involve any charge, pre-authorization, fund hold, or credit limit. The card will only be associated with the stay as a guarantee to cover, where applicable, damage or deterioration caused by the guest to the room or hotel facilities. For reservations with multiple rooms, the guest may choose to:
• Register a different card for each room; or
• Register a single card as a guarantee for all rooms included in the reservation.
Option 2 – Cash deposit
If the guest does not have a bank card, the guarantee may be provided through a cash deposit of €100 per room.
This deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the stay, once it has been verified that there is no damage to the room or hotel facilities attributable to the guest. In the event of an early departure, refunds will be processed between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Scope of the guarantee
The sole purpose of the guarantee is to cover costs arising from any damage or deterioration caused during the stay.
The provision of this guarantee does not constitute the opening of a credit line, nor may it be used to guarantee or defer payment of expenses incurred at the hotel. All services and extras contracted during the stay must be paid in accordance with the standard conditions of each establishment.
If any damage occurs whose repair cost exceeds the amount of the cash deposit or any other guarantee provided, htophotels reserves the right to claim the corresponding difference from the guest or contracting customer, in accordance with applicable legislation and the general terms and conditions.
The tourist tax is not included in the reservation price and must be paid directly at the hotel upon arrival. The current amount is €0.99 per person per night in 3-star hotels, €1.98 per person per night in 4-star hotels, and €7.70 per person per night in 2-star hotels located in the city of Barcelona.
This tax does not apply to guests under 17 years of age and is only applicable for the first 7 nights of stay.

The booked room is available until 10:00h on the agreed day of departure. We can offer a late check-out until 18:00h. This service will be charged with an extra fee per room. This offer may be considered based on availability. If interested, please book additionally in the reception.
Yes, our pools and spas are available from opening to closing in all our hotels – according to schedule.
The first service of half board and full board is dinner. If you wish to make any of the changes described below, you must inform the hotel well in advance.
If you have half board and do not arrive in time for the first dinner, all the dinners of your stay will be substituted by the lunch service.
If you have full board, the first dinner may be substituted for lunch on the day of departure.
There is also the option to request in advance that we prepare a cold dinner for you when you arrive at the hotel.

For hygiene and cleanliness reasons, the mandatory swimwear for everyone in the establishment is a clean one or two piece bathing suit and for bathing use only.

The entry, circulation, storage or use within the facilities of electric scooters, electric bicycles and any other personal mobility vehicles or similar, as well as their batteries, chargers, plugs and any other charging devices, is expressly prohibited, regardless of their size or characteristics.
