htophotels has an anti-fraud algorithm that monitors all bookings and requests. If the system detects any incident it will block your account and will not allow you to confirm any booking. It can also cancel any reservation if it detects that the information provided is not correct, or if the credit card provided is not valid.

Cases that the system considers include those where you have previously booked with htophotels and it has not been possible to charge you cancellation or no-show fees as a result of the credit card you provided being invalid.

If you have a blocked account and you believe that this is due to an error on the part of our anti-fraud system, in order to unblock your account you must send an email to online@htophotels.com indicating the incident.

Decent dress and correct behavior are required. Anyone who does not meet these conditions can be excluded immediately.

For hygiene and cleanliness reasons, the mandatory swimwear for everyone in the establishment is a clean one or two piece bathing suit and for bathing use only.

This lycra swimsuit covers at least the part located between the upper part of the thighs and the waist and at most the part located above the knees and above the elbows. In the latter case, it will necessarily be a one-piece swimsuit.
