This protocol of measures and guidelines are elaborated by the technical committee of the INSTITUTO PARA LA CALIDAD TURISTICA ESPAÑOLA (ICTE) together with the Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Health.

These preventive measures are subject to possible modifications by the Ministry of Health or governmental authorities.
