GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR GROUPS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.

Payment must always be made in advance.

Deposits to guarantee the reservation:

120 DAYS PRIOR: 10% / 90 DAYS PRIOR: 20% / 30 DAYS PRIOR: 40% / 15 DAYS PRIOR: BALANCE

Failure to pay the deposits will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation and the loss of any amount paid up to that moment.

If the reservation is confirmed with less notice than indicated in the deposit schedule, payment of overdue deposits must be made within 48 hours.

Once arrivals have been verified, any balance differences will be settled within 72 hours.

Total cancellation penalty:

120 DAYS PRIOR: 5% / 90 DAYS PRIOR: 10% / 30 DAYS PRIOR: 20% / 7 DAYS PRIOR: 100%

Partial cancellation penalty:

Partial cancellations of up to 10% of the reserved rooms are allowed free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date.

With less than 30 days’ notice, room cancellations will incur a charge equivalent to the first night of stay.

Release:

In case of confirmation, the initial release will be 120 days prior to the arrival date, and the hotel may request sales reports to adjust allocations.

The next release will be made 90 days prior, followed by another one 30 days prior.

In each case, allocations will be adjusted according to confirmed sales.

All prices include 10% VAT. In the event of an increase, prices will be adjusted accordingly. No other taxes or charges are included. The tourist tax must be paid directly by the client upon arrival at the hotel.
